“I’m new to the area of meditation, so when I picked up this CD I was skeptical. To my pleasent surprise, this CD was not only helpful, but has become extremely useful in my daily meditation ritual.

The CD playing time is around 45 minutes and takes you from listening to you breathing to listening to your heart to forgiving others to healing yourself. It is very relaxing and if you concentrate and work at it you can heal youself of all your troubles and problems. It is truly amazing what the body can do given the proper chance to do it.

If your new into meditation, or just looking for a change in your daily routine, try this one. I’m glad I did and use it on a daily basis.”;

My favorite meditation CD, June 6, 2010

“I love this CD, and it has become my current favorite. Yes, Glenn’s accent is a bit startling at first, but his voice is friendly and soothing, and I just
LOVE the music! I wish he also would put out a CD of just the music (I believe it is his own composition). I love the musical notes sung for each chakra.

The pace is just right, not too fast and not too slow. When I don’t have much time, or feel very tired, I use the shorter meditation. The only problem is that it’s so relaxing, it’s easy to fall asleep during it.

I find it very easy to visualize the chakras with this CD, although I can’t say that I \”feel\” anything when I go from one chakra to the other. However, I feel very relaxed afterwards and my dreams have improved.
This is probably due to meditation in general, but I do really like this meditation CD the best, and it encourages me to keep meditating. I like the fact that his visualizations are simple. Some guided meditation CDs
are so full of complicated imagery suggestions, it becomes like mental acrobatics — a bit too much at times. Even though I am a visual person and good at picturing things, I tend to feel mentally tired by all the
imagery. Glenn’s visualization suggestions are just right, and I like the affirmations and the fact that they repeat, first in one ear and then the other, which I have heard is useful in reaching both sides of the brain.
Don’t know how true this is, but it feels effective!
Don’t let the comments about Glenn’s accent deter you from trying this CD. After the first minute or two, he will feel like a comforting friend!”;

Love All The Glenn Herrold CD’s, March 15, 2008

These CD’s are an easy listen filled with wonderfully phrased, motivational words. Glenn’s Australian accent is a pleasure to listen to. Places on the CD have music as well that accompanies the voice. I LOVE these CD’s and own most of them. If you live in the states you may hear an occassional terminology that is not common in the U.S. (Example, in the weight series he uses a weight measurement of a ‘stone’ which is a British term that represents 14 pounds). This happen rarely and certainly does not detract from the message presented in any of Glenn’s CD’s. You can’t really listen to these in the car as they are a little hypnotic so be sure you are in a stress free mind set and location when you listen to any of therse CD’s. I felt they were worth every penny.

Not a disappointing track on the CD….all mellow, rhytmic, mesmerizing, but not too heavily techno, which a lot of this type of music turns out to be.. .. which is ironically, a bit unorganic for the type of mood that is being marketed. Varied enough to hold your interest, but the individual tracks flow nicely into and out of one another. If you like to de-stress withhout the far out space music that frankly puts me to sleep, you should enjoy Yoga Salon

This week, we have heard many good things about the Indigo Dreams series and would highly recommend these CD’s to everyone.

The Indigo Dreams products are just what kids today need. With the world being so different now and everything being so fast and chaotic much of the time, Indigo
Dreams is a way to slow our lives down and be more mindful of what our children need from moment to moment. I highly recommend this to every parent. We have no problem buying toys, DVDs, and other media that over stimulate our children, but we forget to help them wind down and relax from life.
